The lifts are out of order on Platform 1 at Bicester North station. There is no step free access to the southbound platform. If it helps with your journey, a taxi can be arranged for you between Bicester North and Bicester Village or Banbury where step-free access is available. Please speak to a member of staff or use the station help-point to arrange this.
