The lifts are out of order between the overbridge and platform 2 & 3 at Hayes & Harlington station. Customers travelling westbound (towards Heathrow and Reading) from Hayes & Harlington are advised to travel eastbound to Southall from platform 4 or 5 and catch the next westbound (towards Heathrow and Reading) Elizabeth line service. Customers travelling westbound (towards Heathrow and Reading) to Hayes and Harlington are advised to continue their journey to West Drayton and catch the next eastbound Elizabeth line train from Platform 4 back to Hayes and Harlington |
