The lifts are out of order between the footbridge and platform 4 at Harold Wood station. All platforms still have step-free access, however Westbound platform 3 (and main-line platforms 1 and 2) can only be accessed from the main entrance on Gubbins Lane. Eastbound platform 4 can only be accessed from the entrance on Station Road (via the car park). |
